We go way back! In the early 70’s, there was a gap in deep meaningful understanding of the marketplace that was blocking companies from achieving “normal success” in Quebec. Robert Sylvestre knew the people and businesses of Quebec and Canada deserved better! An expert relator and marketer, he began inviting research participants to his front room for tea and conversation to get to the heart of people’s everyday views, challenges, needs and desires.
This legacy informs us even to today! We continue with that ambition of truly understanding clients’ challenges and knowledge gaps. Meanwhile we also grow and nurture bonds with the public, delving into the corners of their experiences and viewpoints.
